Genin
- 1 Element
- D and C-rank jutsu.
- 1 B-ranked jutsu allowed as trump card.
- Maximum number of jutsu is 25. Can vary on a moderator's decision.

Chuunin
- 2 elements.
- D, C, and B-ranked jutsu.
- 3 A-ranked jutsu.
- 1 incomplete S-ranked jutsu. The jutsu does not work as intended. Its outcome will be a bit different that you wished. The jutsu causes a total loss of chakra. Much like how a Genin can use a B-rank and lose their chakra.
- Maximum of jutsu is 35, can vary on a moderator's decision.

Jounin
- 3 basic elements.
- D, C, B, and A rank jutsu.
- 4 Combat S-ranked jutsu. Some S-ranked jutsu used for story purposes or are used in a non-battle situation may not count towards your total.
- Maximum amount of jutsu is determined later on.

Sennin/Sannin, or Kage Level
- Most rules for Jounin are the same.
- Combat S-ranks is raised to 6 or 7.
- Overall number of jutsu is increased.
